Alan and Joyce visit Mediterranean Antiquities

Alan and Joyce took a ‘make-up’ trip to the Mediterranean in December 2021/January 2022. The original trip was scheduled for late summer 2021, but was cancelled because of Co-vid 19 concerns. That original trip was to begin with a trip to Barcelona for a few days, a cruise along the coasts of France and Monaco, around Italy, with a couple of stops in Greece and Slovenia before ending with a few days in Rome.

The actual trip we took began in Athens and stops in Greece for a few days before taking in the western coast of Italy, across to France, and ending in Barcelona.

This is our account of the trip.
